Issue Description
After scanning the Jamf Parent QR code in Self Service, the error "No usable data found" appears and we are unable to add the student to the Jamf Parent app. This error comes up when the Jamf Parent QR code, in Self Service, is scanned with the Camera app and NOT the Jamf Parent app.
Troubleshooting Steps
When scanning the QR code, use the Jamf Parent app and not the Camera app. These steps are outlined in the below Jamf Parent guide:
