Description
A 401 error indicates the user is not authorized to access the instance. If this occurs in multiple browsers, it usually indicates the Jamf School instance is locked due to license overuse and the administrator logging in does not have access to the License Management page in Jamf School.
Accessing Jamf School
Have a different Jamf School administrator with permissions for the License Management page log in to Jamf School.
To resolve the License Overuse notification and unlock Jamf School, you can either purchase additional licenses or reach out to your Account team at Jamf to assist with temporarily unlocking the instance so you can free of recurring licenses.
Once resolved, the instance will be unlocked, allowing normal login access.
