Description
If a user sees "The system is experiencing difficulties. We are working to resolve as soon as possible" when signing into a new Jamf School instance, this usually indicates there is no administrator user account yet created for the instance.
Inviting Administrators to Jamf School
To resolve this issue, an administrator invitation must be sent and accepted to create the first user account:
Log in to your Jamf School instance.
Go to Organization > Administrators > Accounts.
Check if any administrator users have already been set up.
If none are present, click + Add Administrator.
Enter the administrator’s email address, first name, last name, and select a role.
Click Apply.
The invited administrator will receive an email with a link to create their account. Once the setup is complete, they will be able to sign in to Jamf School successfully.
