This article provides troubleshooting steps if you see "Login failed. Contact Jamf Support" when logging in to Jamf School.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. In a different browser, go to your direct instance URL to log in: [instancename].jamfcloud.com

    1. If that succeeds, you may need to clear your browsing data/cache in your preferred browser in order to log in at the direct instance URL.

  2. Ensure you can log in to Jamf Account with a Jamf ID that matches your email address for Jamf School.

    • If you do not have a Jamf ID:

      1. create a Jamf ID using the same email address you use to log into Jamf School.

      2. Once the account is created, please attempt the login into your Jamf School instance via the direct link again.

    • If you already have a Jamf ID:

      1. Try to log in to Jamf Account.

      2. If you are not successful, reset your Jamf ID Password.

        Jamf ID credentials are separate from your local Jamf School user account. While the email is the same, it may have a different password.
