This article provides resources on the Jamf Pro 11.27 release and includes the mass upgrade schedule for standard cloud-hosted instances.

Updated this week

Description

Jamf Pro 11.27.0 was released on April 23, 2026. For a full list of enhancements see the Release Notes. Notable changes include:

  • A setup assistant for configuring OIDC-based single sign-on (SSO) with Jamf Account has been added to eligible Jamf Pro environments which provides a convenient way to configure SSO through Jamf Account completely within the Jamf Pro interface.

  • The SCEP challenge webhook payload now includes the Jamf Pro Management ID for the target device when it is available at the time of the event. This provides a stable Jamf‑native identifier that external PKI and automation tools can use to reliably correlate SCEP challenge requests with specific managed devices, including BYOD environments.

  • Jamf Pro now prevents you from disabling SSO through Jamf Account when only federated user accounts exist.

  • Mobile and Computer configuration profiles now include "Retain Safari Browsing History" which prevents users from clearing Safari browsing history and disables private browsing mode.

  • Starting with Jamf Pro 11.27, Impact Alert Notifications for scopeable objects is enabled by default. After upgrading to 11.27, the confirmation popup that appears when editing groups or classes will be active without any configuration. The setting only changes for environments that have not previously modified Impact Alert Notifications.
