<a href="https://support.jamf.com/en/articles/11750710-upgrade-standard-cloud-jamf-pro-instances-in-jamf-account">Standard</a> and <a href="https://support.jamf.com/en/articles/11750693-upgrading-premium-cloud-jamf-pro-instances-in-jamf-account">Premium</a> Cloud-hosted customers can upgrade to 11.20.1 manually in Jamf Account.
