Self Service+ adds additional transparency for end users about the security status of their managed devices by including the Security dashboard which includes information related to Jamf Protect: the protection status and what software is being blocked.

Computers with only Self Service+

To display the Jamf Protect information for the device the computer needs to have a Jamf Protect configuration profile installed. It is recommended to integrate Jamf Protect with Jamf Pro utilizing these steps: Automatically Deploy Jamf Protect Using Jamf Pro.

Once the Jamf Protect configuration profile is installed on the device and Self Service+ is opened, the Security dashboard should be visible in the Home section and the protection status should be displayed.
