Description
Some users may experience logging in twice or being prompted for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) twice when accessing Jamf School.
This behavior may be related to Jamf School’s phased rollout of SSO integration with Jamf Account.
The first login verifies if SSO is enabled.
If SSO is not enabled, it redirects to the classic login page, requiring a second authentication.
Confirming if an SSO Integration is Configured in Jamf Account
To check if an SSO Integration has been added in Jamf Account:
Log into Jamf Account with a user that has the Organizational Administrator role.
Go to Organization > SSO.
If there is no SSO Connection showing then your Organization has not set up this integration yet.
