"Install Applications Failed: "The app with iTunes Store ID xxxx is already scheduled for management”"

Troubleshooting Steps

We have to wipe and re-enroll the device. If we are using a restore of a backup when setting up the device, we would have to make sure to follow the steps listed in the instructions of Restoring iCloud Backup During Automated Device Enrollment.
