Issue Description
Jamf Pro App deployment status is Unqualified for all/some devices and there are multiple App Installer entries for the same application. Device falls into scope for the same application with different deployment methods, causing conflicts.
Troubleshooting Steps
Check for overlapping scoping - If a conflicting deployment with higher priority exists, the deployment status for the other is listed as "Unqualified". Make sure that the same application is scoped with non-overlapping smart groups if using Automatic Installation/Self-Service separately for the same application.
If there are multiple deployments for an app going to the same computer, Jamf Pro must determine which has the highest priority to deploy the correct installer. Deployment priority is determined in the following order:
Initial distribution method—Install automatically takes precedence over Make available in Self Service.
Update method—Manual takes precedence over Automatic.
Versioning—The app with the newer version takes precedence. Deployment ID—The deployment with a lower ID number takes precedence. For example, if a computer is in the scope of both of the following, only the deployment with "id=2" is used.
