Issue Description
Users are repeatedly prompted to install and older Zoom version when deployed using Jamf Pro app installers.
Troubleshooting Steps
Check in Jamf Pro under Computers > Policies and Computers > Patch Management to make sure there are no policies deploying the same software title to computers that may have an outdated version.
If you find a policy or patch policy configured, we will need to choose only one way to deploy the app: policy or app installer.
To use app installers moving forward: Disable any policies or patch policies you find.
Open the policy record and click Edit in the bottom right corner.
Uncheck the box for enabled.
Click Save.
To use a policy moving forward: Turn off the app installer.
