Apple occasionally updates the Software License Agreements in Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager that must be agreed to by an Administrator. Failing to agree to updated Terms and Conditions can cause issues with Automated Device Enrollment in Jamf Pro.

Approving New Terms and Conditions
When you log in to Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager often times the new Terms and Conditions will automatically pop up. If they do not, you can check the when they were last updated using the steps below.
Checking the Status of Terms and Conditions
Log into Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.
Click the username in the bottom-left corner and click Preferences.
Click Organization Settings in the middle panel
Terms and Conditions will show on the right side of the screen.
