Time is incorrect on computers newly enrolled in Jamf Pro

Issue Description

Newly enrolled computers are showing the wrong time.

Troubleshooting Steps

Turn on Location Services manually on the device:

  1. On the computer open System Settings.

  2. Click on Privacy & Security then choose Location Services.

  3. Ensure that the toggle is enabled for Location Services

Ensure Location Services is set to not be skipped during PreStage Enrollment:

  1. Navigate to Computers > PreStage Enrollments and choose the impacted PreStage Enrollment.

  2. Scroll down to the Setup Assistant Options section and ensure that the box next to Location Services is not checked.

  3. Click Save.
