Issue Description
Unable to sign into Jamf Admin using a Single Sign-on Jamf Pro user account.
Disclaimer: This article mentions the Jamf Admin application, which will have its functionality disabled in Jamf Pro version 11.6. If using Jamf Pro version 11.6 or later, please consult Jamf Admin Deprecation Overview
Single Sign-on is not supported for Jamf Pro applications.
Troubleshooting Steps
Authenticate to Jamf Admin using a directory account (LDAP or Cloud Identity Provider) or a local Jamf Pro administrator account. If Single Sign-on is mapped to the same user as the directory user, the app will attempt to use Single Sign-on and not be able to authenticate. Please use a different account to sign into Jamf Admin.
