Delete the app record then manually create the entry with no scope.

Take a screenshot of the app record or note down all the app information in the general tab (App URL, Bundle ID, Version, Name).

After that information is saved, delete the app record from Jamf Pro.

Create another record for that application manually: Devices > Mobile Device Apps > New > App Store app > Manually Enter > Enter information from Step 2.

Save this entry with a blank scope which will send an uninstall command to devices with the app installed.
