Self Service unable to connect to server on macOS Catalina (Jamf Pro 11.11+)
Catalina no longer tested against. Likely related to the new macOS onboarding feature released for Self Service. System Requirements
Troubleshooting Steps
Self Service will no longer connect to server when on macOS Catalina if Self Service requires authentication.
