Jamf Now is not able to enable or disable location services once a device is already activated.
Setting Up Managed Devices with Location Services Disabled
In Jamf Now under Auto-Enrollment > Setup steps, you can choose to skip or display Location Services. If skipped, Location Services will not present during the Setup assistant and therefore will be disabled by default.
