Issue Description
Jamf Teacher returns "an error has occurred. contact your school’s IT Department for further support" upon launch or when navigating through Jamf Teacher.
Troubleshooting Steps
Confirm App Config:
The Jamf Teacher application relies on a managed app config to integrate with Jamf Pro's API. Relaunch Jamf Teacher:
If Jamf Teacher launched with a misconfigured or incorrect app config, completely closing and relaunching the app can resolve the issue and allow end users to access Jamf Teacher again.
Uninstall and reinstall Jamf Teacher:
To refresh the app configuration for Jamf Teacher and confirm the application is using the most up to date app configuration, uninstall and reinstall the application.
Confirm Action is Allowed:
