Connect the device to a macOS computer and open Apple Configurator 2.

If the end user has not trusted the device with the computer, ensure the trust is selected first on the device.

Right click the device in Apple Configurator and click on Get Info to open up your device's info.

Select Console on the left side.

Clear the log by clicking the clear button in the bottom of the log.

Try to reproduce the problem as much as possible to capture the behavior during logging.

After you've reproduced your problem, select your whole log (cmd+a) and click Save Selection in the bottom right. This will prompt you to save your .log file somewhere.

Upload the log file to your Jamf School case.
