Jamf Now Auto-Enrollment Not Syncing with Apple Business Manager

Issue Description

Auto-Enrollment is not syncing. You may experience one of the following:

  • A syncing error under Auto-Enrollment.

  • New devices added to your Apple Business Manager account are not showing in Jamf Now.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Initiate a manual sync following the steps on Syncing Automated Device Enrollment and Volume Purchasing in Jamf Now.

  2. If the issue persists, try renewing the Auto-Enrollment token following steps on Renewing an Automated Device Enrollment Server Token.
