Apps disappeared from Jamf Now Blueprint

Issue Description

All the apps from Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager that were previously showing in Jamf Now are all gone.

This is usually due to the incorrect Volume Purchasing token being uploaded into Jamf Now or licenses being assigned to a different token then what is in Jamf Now.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. If you are trying to get licenses for the first time after setting up the Volume Purchasing integration, try logging out and logging back in to force a sync.

  2. Ensure the token from Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager that contains the expected licenses is uploaded into Jamf Now. If the wrong token is uploaded, either:

    1. Upload the correct token following the Jamf Now Documentation or

    2. Maintain the existing token in Jamf Now and either transfer licenses over or acquire more.

Note - The Volume Purchasing token can only be in one MDM at a time. You cannot share a token between multiple MDMs (including trials or Apple Configurator). For more information see 'Your Volume Purchasing connection has been interrupted' message in Jamf Now.
