Device Not Showing in Jamf Pro Smart Computer Group

Issue Description

Computer not showing up in smart computer group despite meeting the criteria.

This occurs when a device is unmanaged.

Troubleshooting Steps

Smart groups only identify managed computers. For more information see, Smart Groups in the Jamf Pro Documentation. To find managed and unmanaged devices that meet a specific criteria, use an Advanced Search.
