Description
Apple occasionally updates the Software License Agreements in Apple School Manager or Apple Business that must be agreed to by an administrator. Failing to agree to updated Terms & Conditions can cause issues with Automated Device Enrollment in Jamf Pro.
This article provides steps for accepting or checking the status of Terms & Conditions in Apple Business or Apple School Manager.
Approving New Terms and Conditions
When you log in to Apple School Manager or Apple Business often times the new Terms & Conditions will automatically pop up.
Checking the Status of Terms & Conditions
If you are not receiving the prompt automatically, you can check when they were last updated using the steps below.
Apple School Manager

Log in to Apple School Manager.
Click the username in the bottom-left corner and click Preferences.
Click Organization Settings in the middle panel
Terms and Conditions will show on the right side of the screen.
Apple Business
Apple Business
Log in to Apple Business with an Apple Account that has access to Legal Terms under Settings in Apple Business.
Click your organization name in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
Select Legal Terms from the left menu.
The Software License Agreements are displayed including version number, who agreed, and when.
