If your team is being logged out of your Jamf Pro instance sooner than you would like, there a few options available to help mediate this problem.
Timeout Settings for Jamf Apps with Jamf ID
Starting May 13, 2026, Jamf Pro administrators can now specify session duration and inactivity timeout for any app supporting Jamf ID, which will apply for Jamf Pro if Jamf ID logins are enabled.
To configure session options:
Log in to Jamf Account with a Jamf ID.
Navigate to Profile > Security.
Adjust the time in minutes for duration and inactivity timeout.
Click Save.

Jamf Pro enforces these settings, giving administrators centralized control over session behavior across their environment. To configure these settings in Jamf Account, navigate to Organization > SSO > Session options.
