Description
This article provides clarification around the Jamf apps you get access to with your subscription. Each tenant can be accessed via:
direct URL
App Switcher in the upper-left corner of each appJamf Account
Elevate
Elevate provides a singular location to make managing and securing your Apple devices easier. Users must be granted access to Elevate from a Jamf Account administrator.
Users with access can log in to Elevate:
via Jamf Account on the Home page.
via direct URL: Once you access from Jamf Account you will see your Elevate environment has a unique URL which can be used in the future. This URL looks like:
https://youruniqueidhere.my.jamfadmin.com/login
Jamf Pro
Jamf Pro provides additional management configurations for your Apple devices. For more information on managing devices with Jamf Pro, see the Jamf Pro Documentation.
By default, your new Jamf Pro instance uses Jamf ID (or an SSO Connection setup in Jamf Account for logins). The email address provided as the initial primary contact is the user who can log in initially; they then need to create additional accounts or groups for additional administrators to access Jamf Pro.
Accessing Jamf Pro
Your Jamf Pro instance has a different URL than your Elevate environment, there a few ways you can easily navigate to your Jamf Pro app.
Jamf Account: Jamf Pro logins are easy from the Your Solutions section in Jamf Account. Click Open for Pro and choose your instance to go to the Jamf Pro login screen.
Direct URL: if you know the URL, you can go straight there in your browser. This URL looks like
https://youruniquename.jamfcloud.com.
Jamf Protect - macOS Security Portal
Jamf Protect macOS Security portal allows you to configure additional security settings for your managed computers. These settings are then deployed via Jamf Pro. For more information see the Jamf Protect Documentation.

Jamf Account: macOS Security Portal logins are easy from the Your Solutions section in Jamf Account. To go to Jamf Protect macOS Security portal from jamf Account, click Open for Protect and select your tenant name.

Jamf Security Cloud Portal
Jamf Security Cloud portal is where additional Content Controls, Network Security, and Zero Trust Network Access policies are configured. For more information see:
By default, your Jamf Security Cloud portal uses Jamf ID (or an SSO Connection setup in Jamf Account for logins). The first user who can log in will receive an email about accessing the portal and they can create additional user accounts.
Accessing Jamf Security Cloud Portal
Jamf Account: Click View details for Protect under the Your Solutions area and click Log in to your Jamf Security Cloud portal.
URL: To access your organization's portal directly, you can go to radar.jamf.com and sign in.
