What's a Jamf ID?

Jamf ID provides users a single set of credentials to use across the Jamf platform. This provides access to Jamf Account, the Jamf Training Catalog, Jamf Nation Community, and more!

What do you have to do?

No action is needed in advance. Once the changes are live, you can log in to Jamf Now following the steps below:

  1. Click Log in with Jamf ID.

  2. When prompted for your email, provide the same email you were using previously to log in to Jamf Now.

  3. Enter your password.

    • If you already had a Jamf ID that matched your Jamf Now email address: this will be your Jamf ID password.

    • If you did not have a Jamf ID previously: use your same Jamf Now teammate password.

  4. Click Login using Jamf ID.

If you are unable to login, use the option to reset your password. This will bring you to Jamf Account where you can initiate the process to set a new password for your Jamf ID.

Resetting Two-Step Verification

If your Jamf Now teammate account was using two-step verification, this will not carry over to your Jamf ID automatically. You will need to enable MFA directly in Jamf Account.
