Jamf Support CSAT Survey
The steps below outline how to leave Jamf Support feedback comments and rate interactions:
After your Jamf Support interaction is closed, you will receive a feedback request message through the same channel you used to start the interaction.
Within this message, you will see the following prompt:
Select the reaction that best represents your experience with Jamf Support during this interaction.
Once you have selected a reaction, you will be asked to provide additional feedback. This step is optional.
Click Submit.
You have now successfully rated your Jamf Support interaction experience.
Filing Product Feedback in ideas.jamf.com
Navigate to ideas.jamf.com and log in with your Jamf Account credentials.
From here, you can browse existing feature requests to see what has already been submitted by other customers.
Use the product filter to narrow down requests by a specific Jamf product/topic or use the search feature to find specific request types.
If your idea has already been submitted, you can vote on it to show your support.
To submit a new request, select the option to post a new idea and fill in the relevant details.
Participate in the Feedback Program
Jamf offers the option to join our Feedback Program. With your participation in Jamf Beta Programs you get early access to upcoming features and capabilities and the opportunity to provide direct feedback to the Product teams.
To view and join Beta Programs, sign in to Jamf Account and click Feedback Program. You will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions if you haven't already. Then, available betas for Jamf Products will be displayed.
Email Survey Requests
At least once a year, Jamf will send out a survey request via email. When you receive the initial email, simply complete the survey by rating how likely you are to recommend Jamf on a scale of 0 to 10, along with an opportunity to provide additional comments. Two follow up emails will be sent as reminders.
Getting Assistance from your Jamf Account Team
