Updated over 3 weeks ago

Description

Starting January 14, 2026, the Software Licenses and Service Agreement (SLASA) for most Jamf offerings is now in Jamf Account under Organization > Agreements for all new organizations.

The SLASA must be accepted in order to:

  • View content under the Solutions tab in Jamf Account including: instances, activation codes, etc

  • Manage users under Organization > Users & contacts

'Please accept Jamf's SLASA' Banner

If your organization needs to accept the SLASA in Jamf Account, your products will not show on the home page or under Solutions, and the banner below will show instead.

Accepting the SLASA

You should have received an email with a link to agree to the SLASA, but you can also open it from Jamf Account.

  1. From the banner, click Review SLASA.

  2. Review the SLASA.

  3. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Note - you will not be able to check the box until you have scrolled through the entire agreement.

  4. Click Agree in the lower-right corner.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • If using default roles: the user must be an Administrator or Organization Administrator.
