Cancelling/Rescheduling

The cancellation, rescheduling and expiration policies is outlined on Jamf Training policies, but some frequently asked questions are shared below.

Can I cancel, reschedule, or switch to a different session after registering?

You can reschedule or cancel your course through your Jamf Account, as long as the start date is more than 10 business days away. To make changes on a course registration:

  1. Log in to Jamf Account and go to Training > Your Training.

  2. Find your course and click on ... ‘Actions’).

  3. The reschedule option will display here.

Please note that this option is not available for late cancellations (10 days or less prior to the training course or retest exam).

My course is next week, but I cannot attend.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or reschedule your enrollment as it is fewer than ten business days to the start of the training course or certification exam.

An enrollment that is rescheduled or cancelled within 10 business days of the start date is considered a 'Late Cancel' and can incur penalties as per Jamf Training Policies. Please reach out to training@jamf.com to cancel your course.

What happens if I miss a course or can’t attend?

You will be marked as a no show. A no-show means not being present:

  • on the first and second days of four-day training courses

  • on the first day of two-day training courses

  • at the scheduled start time of retest exam sessions.

In any case of a no-show, you will be removed from the class roster and not permitted to attend the remainder of the course or certification exam. In addition, your fees will be forfeited as per Jamf Training Policies. Please reach out to training@jamf.com as soon as possible.

Can my registration be transferred to a colleague?

You may change the enrolled student for another individual within your organization at any time prior to the start of the training course as per Jamf Training Policies. Prerequisites apply. Please reach out to training@jamf.com.
