Jamf Connect Login (JC:L) via Intune Causes Black Screen

Issue Description

Shortly after the Jamf Connect Login (JC:L) screen is displayed, the screen will go black for a few seconds until JC:L reloads.

Having Ignore app version: no was causing the Jamf Connect application to reinstall.

This photo shows the settings that you may have set that is causing the issue.

Troubleshooting Steps

In Intune, set Ignore app version to Yes.
