Issue Description
You may see an error in the Jamf School dashboard that says: "The '[server token]' (ASM token) was rejected by the server."
This indicates that the Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) token needs to be renewed.
Troubleshooting Steps
Follow the steps in Automated Device Enrollment Integration – Server Token (.p7m) Renewal to renew the Automated Device Enrollment server token.
Once renewed, the error should clear and Automated Device Enrollment will continue to function properly.
