Issue Description
When attempting to manually update an application on a device, users may encounter the following error:
"Cannot Update App. [App Name] cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple account."
This issue commonly occurs when the app was deployed using Volume Purchasing via Jamf School.
Updating Apps Using in Jamf School
To update the app:
In Jamf School go to Apps > Updates.
Locate the application that needs updating.
Click the "Update" button next to the application.
By pushing the update from Jamf School, the app will update without requiring manual intervention on the device.
