Issue description
Seeing "Upload failed: undefined" when uploading packages via the Jamf Pro web GUI.
Troubleshooting
Verify that Cloud Services Connection is showing as enabled in Jamf Pro under Settings > Global > Cloud Services Connection.
If it is not enabled, please reach out to Jamf Support.
Verify the privilege set of the user uploading the package under Settings > System > User accounts and groups. If they are not an Administrator, the user (or group they are assigned to) must have the following privilege: Jamf Pro Server Objects > Jamf Content Distribution Server Files > CREATE.
