Issue Description
Mac App Store Apps which are set to the 'Make Available in Self Service' Distribution method are not updating automatically.
Troubleshooting Steps
Ensure the Mac App Store App Scope currently includes the desired devices.
Ensure that Jamf Pro version is 10.25.0 or greater.
Ensure that the 'Schedule Jamf Pro to automatically check the App Store for app updates' and 'Automatically Force App Updates' options are enabled for all apps and/or the desired app.
Ensure the desired application is closed at the time the 'Install Application' command is sent to the device.
The application will not update if it is running at the time the command completes.
The History tab's 'Management History' and 'Mac App Store Apps' subsections will show more detail on this.
If all of the items above appear to be in order, and the command to update is not generating upon inventory update, consider a one time use of the 'Force Update' button (visible when editing an app)
This should be used with extreme care, allowing at least 30 minutes between each app if being used on multiple apps
If item 5 is utilized, keep an eye on things in the future to ensure the next update are occurs automatically.
