HTTP Status Code 409 When using Jamf Reset

Issue Description

Jamf Reset fails to reset the device and prompts "Unknown Error. Contact your IT administrator. (HTTP Status Code: 409)

Troubleshooting Steps

Re-configure the Jamf Reset app to use OAuth communication instead of basic authentication by copying and pasting an example from the following article: https://docs.jamf.com/jamf-reset/configuration-guide/Configuring_and_Deploying_Jamf_Reset.html
