Description
Having the iCloud Desktop & Documents restriction enabled in the blueprint can cause iCloud files to no longer show on the device after enrollment.
Removing the Restriction
The steps below will disable the restriction:
In Jamf Now, click Blueprints and then click the blueprint the device is assigned to.
Click Restrictions and then click iCloud.
Uncheck the box for Disable iCloud Desktop & Documents.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Once the user's device checks in with Jamf Now and applies the new blueprint setting, the folders and files should now be visible again.
