"Incorrect Username or Password" when creating Push Proxy in Jamf Pro

Issue description

When entering Jamf ID credentials to create the Push Proxy in Jamf Pro, seeing "Incorrect username or password."

Troubleshooting

  1. Check if the Jamf ID has MFA enabled in Jamf Account under Profile > Security.

  2. If it does, disable MFA for the Jamf ID and re-attempt the process to create the Push Proxy or have a different Jamf Pro user try to create the Push Proxy.
