If you cannot log in to Jamf Now, you can request a password reset be sent to your Jamf Now email on file.
Resetting Your Jamf Now Account Password
Go to https://login.jamfnow.com.
Click the Forgot your password? link located at the bottom of the page.
An email from hello@jamfnow.com with the link to reset the password will go to your user account's email.
The password reset link is valid for two hours. If the password reset email ever expires, repeat steps 1 and 2 above. Then continue with step 4 from the new email.
Click the Reset your password button within that email to initiate the password reset process.
