Issue Description
Software Updates not showing up for Jamf Pro user. This cause of this is Incorrect permissions to utilize the Software Updates feature.
Troubleshooting Steps
Add the desired permissions for Managed Software Update, which is necessary to see the option in Jamf Pro.
In Jamf Pro, click Settings.
Select User accounts and groups under System.
Click on the impacted user/group.
Click Edit.
Click Privileges.
Under Jamf Pro Server Objects, check the desired actions for Managed Software Update.
Minimally, Read is needed to see the Software Updates menu option.
Click Save.
