Description

Multiple management accounts displayed on some computers or different management accounts listed on different computers.


Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Create smart groups using the 'Local User Accounts' criteria to find out which computers have which management accounts.

  2. Create a policy to add the correct management user to the all the computers missing the account.

  3. Create a policy that deletes the old management user accounts. Scope to the smart groups from step 1 accordingly.

  4. Send a mass action command to all computers to update the management Information.
