GSX is not pulling any info in Jamf Pro

Issue Description

Not able to lookup GSX purchasing information - Settings tests fine but Mass Action returning no information.

Getting error in logs: 2024-02-15T21:14:58,093 [ERROR] [ralPool-377] [GSXRestServiceImpl ] - Unable to retrieve product details from GSX server com.jamfsoftware.jss.gsxws.GSX403Exception: {"errorId":"g-92ac8472-bf9f-4efd-968b-bb283bfe95a9","errors":[{"code":"UNAUTHORIZED","message":"You are not authorized."}]}

Troubleshooting Steps

Requesting a new CSR from Apple allowed the GSX connection to work successfully. These steps can be found in the Integrating with Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX) Technical Article.
