Lock Quick Action Command

To prevent unauthorized access to the MacBook, a lock command can be sent.

  1. In Jamf School go to Devices > Inventory.

  2. Select the misplaced MacBook from the list.

  3. Under Quick Actions, select Lock Device.

  4. The lock pin code will display within the Activity log of the device for 30 days. This information is not stored in the Jamf School Audit log.
