Description
Apps installed by App Request do not have a "remove" button in a device record and there isn't a known 'device group' that can be altered in the scope. However, there is a hidden group created for the class for apps installed via App Request.
To delete the app from devices, you can either:
remove the app scoping from App Requests
delete the app request
Editing the App Request
Go to Apps > Requested Apps and click
for the app we need to delete.Go to Apps.
Either:
Check the box to highlight the app and choose remove from group
Click X to remove the app.
