Stopping Alerts on a Specific Computer

  1. Create a new plan by going to Configuration > Plans and click + Create Plan.

    1. Name the plan

    2. Select following- build the plan to remove the alert you want to exempt the computer from

    3. Save the plan.

In Jamf Pro:

  2. Click Scope, select Exclusions and hit Edit.

  3. Add the computer(s) you want to exempt from the scope of the profile and click Save.

  4. Under Computers > Configuration Profiles, find the new configuration profile with the plan name you created in Jamf Protect above.

    1. If the new plan has not synced over from Jamf Protect to Jamf Pro, go to Settings > Jamf Apps > Jamf Protect > Jamf Protect Plans and click Sync.

  5. Click Scope, click Edit, and add the desired computer(s) to the scope.

  6. Click Save.
