Issue Description
After renewing the Volume Purchasing Token (VPP token) in Jamf School, all apps disappeared.
This issue can occur if the incorrect token is uploaded or a duplicate token is created during the renewal process.
Troubleshooting Steps
Check for duplicate tokens in Jamf School.
In Jamf School go to Organization > Content (Volume Purchasing).
Verify if multiple VPP tokens exist.
If there is only one Apple School Manager (ASM) location, then both tokens are tied to the same location.
Delete the duplicate token.
Identify which token is not set as the default.
Click the trash can icon to delete the non-default token.
