My credit card failed, how do I get Jamf Now to try and bill me again?

Description

Typically credit card billing failure is caused by the credit card issuer. Once you are ready for Jamf Now to try and bill the card again, we need to re-save the card on file.

Editing and Saving the Credit Card to Retry Payment

  1. In Jamf Now, click the account Icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select Billing & Invoices.

  3. In the Wallet section, click Edit.

  4. Ensure the credit card details are correct.

  5. Click Save.

Once an Edit/Save is completed, the system will attempt to run the pending charges.
