Description
Jamf Now offers the following ways to pay for service: Monthly Billing and Jamf Now Balance.
Jamf Now Balance is a flexible pre-payment option for Jamf Now. With Jamf Now Balance, you can pre-pay with the convenience of being billed a single time. The value you pre-pay for with Jamf Now Balance is stored in your account and only charged after you use the service in a given month.
Calculating Jamf Now Balance Needs
Calculate how much Jamf Now Balance to pre-purchase by doing the following:
Note your total number of devices.
To view the number of currently enrolled devices, see Viewing the Current Number of Devices.
Multiply that number by the number of months of service you want to pre-pay for.
Multiply that new number by the monthly cost per device, as indicated by Jamf Now.
Redeeming Jamf Now Balance
Log in to Jamf Now.
Click on your account name in the top-right corner, and then select "Billing & invoices" from the pop-up menu.
In the Wallet payload, click Redeem a Code.
Enter your Jamf Now Balance redemption code.
Click Redeem.
Reloading Jamf Now Balance
Log in to Jamf Now.
Click on your account name in the top-right corner, and then select "Billing & invoices" from the pop-up menu.
In the Wallet payload, click Reload Balance.
Enter your number of devices and duration of service, or manually choose a purchase amount.
Click Pay in Jamf Store.
Enter payment information in Jamf Store.
You will receive an email containing your Jamf Now Balance code within a few days. You can then enter the code in to Jamf Now to redeem your Balance.
Currently you can only reload balance in Jamf Now following the steps above. Purchasing directly in the Jamf Store is not available at this time.
