Issue Description
When deploying iOS Applications, applications remain in 'Installing' status in Jamf Pro.
Troubleshooting Steps
Remove any placeholder apps with 'waiting' or 'installing' icons from the device home screen itself. 'Home Screen Layout' profiles will need to be removed temporarily to allow this.
Connect to a separate network (such as a hotspot) on the device.
In Jamf Pro, navigate to the History > Apps section of the inventory record of an impacted device and cancel any entries in 'installing' status.
Complete an Inventory Update management command from the Management tab of the device record.
