Issue Description
The application (YouTube) isn't showing up on the iOS device, no pending or failed commands
This is occurring because there is a configuration profile with the Restrictions > Media Content payload with the Allowed content rating for apps set. Devices > Configuration Profiles > Restrictions > Media Content > Allowed content rating for apps > set to 12+
Troubleshooting Steps
In order to install YouTube, we would need to remove this restriction or set it to All apps allowed.
