Issue Description
The application (YouTube) isn't showing up on the iOS device, no pending or failed commands
This is occurring because there is a configuration profile with the Restrictions > Media Content payload with the Allowed content rating for apps set.
Troubleshooting Steps
In order to install YouTube, we would need to remove this restriction or set it to All apps allowed.
