Issue Description
When an iOS device is in Single App Mode, the Settings app cannot be accessed in order to grant permission to access features (Camera, Microphone, etc.). An app's access must be approved manually before Single App Mode is enabled.
Granting Privacy Access to Single App Mode Apps
If the device is already in Single App Mode, assign the device to an empty/blank blueprint or disable Single App Mode on the current blueprint.
Note - Changing the Single App Mode settings for the blueprint will pull all devices on the blueprint out of Single App Mode.
Grant needed permissions manually on the device.
The first time the app is opened it should prompt to grant permission.
Alternatively, if the app has already been opened, click Settings and click Privacy & Security.
Click the service(s) you need to grant access to for the app.
Modify the options to grant access.
In Jamf Now, either assign the device to the desired blueprint with Single App Mode or enable Single App Mode on the blueprint the device is currently assigned to.
